How many hours will i need to work my booth?

Our virtual conference will have specific exhibitor hours slotted each day from 10am to Noon and 2pm to 4pm. You will need to have someone available online during those times and they get free full access to the conference. Each exhibitor will have a chat feature and there will be a scavenger hunt to drive attendees to visit the exhibitor booths.

How do I set my booth up?

Once your booth registrations is complete, you will receive an email telling you how to get started. Please note you have the option to upload downloadable documents. To help you prepare, check out the tutorial video below.

What kind of technology is required to run a Virtual Trade Show?

The conference platform runs on the cloud so you or your participants do not need to install software to access the online Trade Show. All you need is a standard web browser and a stable internet connection.


What kind of support will I receive?

Your peace of mind is our number-one priority. You will work with dedicated event managers for event setup and customization.


What is the deadline to Register?

Application and payment are due no later than Friday, December 4, 2020 and cannot be accepted after that date.


What if I need to cancel my booth registration?

Notice of cancellation must be made by the exhibitor prior to Friday, December 4, 2020. All cancellations received by this date will receive a full refund minus a $10 processing fee per booth. Space cancelled after this date will not be refunded.
