The Everything Local Conference is the one place each January where the whole Illinois local food chain shows up in the same building. Growers who buy inputs and equipment. Sponsor a Moment
Exhibiting puts you on the floor. Sponsoring puts your name on the moment everyone remembers.
Every sponsorship below ties to something already happening on-site; a keynote, a meal, a track, the room itself. Pick a tier for a bundle of benefits, own a named moment, or add low-cost in-venue branding. Packages can be combined or customized. Larger personalized sponsorships are available.
Deadlines: applications and payment by December 2, 2026. All logos, ads, and flyers by December 17, 2026.
Sponsorship Tiers
New for 2027: a 90-second speaking slot is built into Barn Raiser, and lower tiers can add one. Harvester and Cultivator can add a 90-second speaking slot for $1,500. Stage time is capped so the perk stays valuable and the program stays on time. Stage-time benefits are subject to program scheduling.
Own a Moment
Add any of these to a tier or take one on its own. Each ties to something already on the program.
Named and in-venue sponsorships include exactly what each description lists. Booth space, program ads, and complimentary registrations come with the sponsorship tiers.
Days & Sessions
Day Sponsor — own an entire day: Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday. All-day signage, program day-header, and 90-second remarks at the day’s kickoff or a meal.
General Session Sponsor — title one daytime general session. Signage, intro slide, 90-second remarks. The evening program is sold as the Banquet.
Add a gobo: General Session sponsors can project their own logo on the stage during their session for +$1,000 (colored glass, one per session). Offered only to the session sponsor, so no competing logo shares the stage.
Breakout Track Sponsor (formerly Ag Connects Us All) — underwrites the track’s expert speakers. Logo outside the room, program header, intro slide.
Preconference Workshop Sponsor — put your name on a Tuesday workshop. Named in the listing, two to three minutes at the open, a table in the room, logo on materials, and the attendee list afterward.
Meals & Networking
Meet-the-Buyer Sponsor — title the buyers-meet-growers event. Exclusive, or split between two co-sponsors.
Thursday Banquet Dinner — the marquee evening.
Lunch Sponsor — Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday.

Underwrite registrations for beginning, young, and veteran farmers who cannot cover the cost. Your name goes in the program, and you are recognized from stage.

General Information
Cancellation Policy
Notice of cancellation must be made by the sponsor prior to December 2, 2026. All cancellations received by this date will receive a full refund minus a $50 processing fee. Sponsorships cancelled after this date will not be refunded.
Shipping Information
We recommend bringing all of your items with you on set-up day. But, if you must ship items please have them delivered by Monday, Jan. 26 or Tuesday, Jan 27. The delivery hours need to be between 8:00 a.m.- 4:00 p.m.

Conference Loading Information
Parking for Active Loading/Unloading is along Washington Street and Adams Street at the meters covered with “no parking” bags under the following conditions:
Active loading/unloading is defined as transporting bulky or heavy commodities from vehicles, to/from the inside of the BOS Center.
Setting up or packing up exhibits while loading or unloading is not permitted.
Round-trip to/from the vehicle should take no more than 3 to 5 minutes. Over that time, active loading/unloading is no longer occurring, and vehicles may be subject to a ticket from the City of Springfield.
Additional parking for Active Loading/Unloading is located at the concerted areas in front of the corner doors at the back of the building only, under the following conditions:
Vehicles are not allowed to pull inside the BOS Center.
Vehicles are not to block sidewalks, crosswalks, or be within 30 feet of a traffic signal.
Vehicles cannot block the fire lane—offenders will be towed.
Hotel Accommodations
Lodging is available at the President Abraham Lincoln Springfield—DoubleTree for $130 per night plus tax. Lodging must be made by Monday, January 12, 2026, to guarantee the $130 room rate.
