Tuesdays; April 12, 19, 26 and May 3, 2016.Topics to be covered in the GAP's workshop include: Intro: Food Safety - Why Now?; Soil Amendments; Worker Health & Hygiene; Traceability, Recalls & Records; Water Quality; Harvest & Post-Harvest Food Handling; Animal Management, Land Use; Writing a Food Safety Plan; What is, What is in an Audit? Workshops will be held from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. You may attend the workshops from your home. You will need a computer with high-speed internet access and a way to listen to the presentation via your computer. Each registered participant will be sent webinar instructions, handouts, and a GAPs manual prior to the first webinar.
